The new on site offices and sale's showroom in an iconic pavilion was built in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur by Studio Nicoletti Associati. As requested by the Developer, this building reflect the spirit and the architectural style of the whole development.
The design and pavilion structure for 'The Pod' was inspired by water droplets in nature, creating a dynamic spherical form resulting in a primitive building archetype with a modern twist. Spaces inside this building had been divided into two parts: one zone is dedicated to the office area and the other contains the main showroom. It is surrounded by a greenery with reflective water pool wrapping around the edges that will contribute to the Bioclimatic behaviour and wellness of its habitants.
